How much does it cost to advertise?
We offer 2 options to advertise on our website: Option 1 is our 12-month subscription for only £99 Inc VAT annually (new subscribers will receive 15 months advertising for the price of 12 months for their first year). Option 2 is our monthly subscription for only £9.99 Inc VAT per month. No tie in, no minimum contract, cancel whenever you like with no penalties. There is no commission to pay on bookings.
How do I add my property to your website?
Firstly, you will need to register your details (register now). Once you have completed registration you can log in to your admin panel and follow the simple step by step guide to add your property details. Our advertisement manager software comprises of a series of easy to complete forms providing the following information:
- Property address and description
- Price
- Availability
- Photos
Can I advertise more than one property on my advert page?
We do not allow more than one property to be advertised on any one advert page. Our page layout is designed to accept one property only. If you have more than one property you wish to advertise, you can add additional units through your admin panel by clicking on the 'add new property details'. How do I pay?
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment merchant Paypal. A Paypal account is not needed, but account holders can simply subscribe via their personal Paypal account. Other subscribers can pay online by debit or credit card, following the online instructions. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can send a cheque made payable to 'Ownerhome', including your property ID reference with any correspondence and address it to;

Can you provide assistance with creating my property advert?
As we do not personally visit your property we cannot help you create any part of your advert. We do however, provide assistance every step of the way. Likewise, we cannot advise you what rates you should charge for your property, but would advise you to compare similar properties in your area and make periodic comparisons to ensure your property remains competitively priced.
How often do I need to update my Availability Calendar?
It is a minimum requirement that your availability calendar is updated at least once per month. But in the interest of potential guests and our site containing up to date information, we recommend that your calendar be updated on a weekly basis. We also ask that you update your availability calendar as soon as a provisional booking is taken, or the accommodation is secured with a deposit. Your calendar has the facility for you to show dates as available, booked or unknown so keeping availability up to date is simple.
Can I change my advert details and photos once it is live?
When you add your property details to ownerhomeholidays, you are given a unique property ID for each individual property advertised. You can edit, update or change details, including photos for your property at any time during your advert duration, providing that the details and photos relate to the original property advertised.
How will I know if my advert is generating any interest?
To check on how many 'hits' your property advert has generated, simply log in to your admin panel and look under your existing adverts. Your property views count is updated as soon as someone views your advert page, so you always have up to date viewing information.
How do I know if the enquiry I have received is genuine?
Although the majority of enquiries received through Ownerhomeholidays are genuine, you may occasionally receive a scam email that may not be immediately apparent. We have provided a guide outlining what to look for when receiving enquiries and would always advise that if you have any suspicions, or are unsure that an enquiry is genuine, please contact us and we will investigate.
