- Travel Distance: 2 minute walk from the centre of Artemonas village, 15minute walk to Apollonia. Sifnos island is situated at Cyclades Islands and you can come here by boat from Pireaus. There is a fast boat and a conventional slower boat. The fast boat takes you to the island in 3,5 hours the slower boat takes you to Sifnos in 6,5 hours.
